Aaron Potts revealed the A.Potts as part of New York Men’s Day SS25 Collection. Entitled Urbanoceana, the collection drew in various concepts, people, and nature to convey each design. Inspiration includes visions of the deep sea, the beauty of aquatic life, the warrior Princess Diana on Themyscira, beachy 70s supermodels, African gods and goddesses descended on the sandy beaches of Zanzibar, traditional Japanese workwear and the work of South African photographers Jessica Madavo and Tanatswa Amisi.
Overall, the collection is a convergence of the practicality of urban life with that dream-like state of mind. Designed for creative professionals through the lens of “everyday editorial,” the collection features various colors, prints, and silhouettes paired with footwear by Stacy Adams and Aldo and eyewear by Barton Perreira.
