Grace Chen, the renowned FIT alum and Chinese couture icon, unveiled her first SS25 Ready-to-Wear collection, “Mothers & Daughters,” at New York Fashion Week. Marking a major milestone for the label, the collection embodies “controlled elegance” with a blend of luxury and practicality.
Chen’s designs offer a seamless transition from day to evening wear in a disciplined palette of ivory, blush, and champagne, accented by rich jewel tones and graphic monochromes. Featuring stretchable, soft fabrics and structured and fluid silhouettes, the collection celebrates the strength and femininity of the modern woman.
Chen’s journey began at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. It led her to Hollywood, where she crafted outfits for the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Helen Mirren before she returned to China and founded her namesake label in 2009.
