Last month, New York Fashion Week captivated the fashion world with its many events. One of these events was Fashion 4 Ukraine, the only Ukrainian Runway Show during that week. Founded by Olga Ivanidi, the innovative event celebrated the resilience and creativity of Ukraine’s top designers.

The night was titled “Love and the City,” and it combined romance and fashion. Attendees indulged in exclusive cocktails and special Ukrainian desserts while shopping top brands and enjoying a live entertainment runway.

Despite all the fun, the party carried a meaningful purpose. In collaboration with the Bird of Light Foundation, a portion of the net proceeds went toward bringing kidnapped Ukrainian children home following the 2022 Russian invasion. This initiative not only celebrated Ukrainian fashion but also shed light on a current event of great significance.

Pop Up Shops

In addition to runway shows, fashion brands, and their models appeared at pop-ups at the event site. Lonza brought shoes to the table, Harna showed off embroidered hats, and Kateryna‘s models stopped by to show support.

Designers included Sarasvaty Lingerie, Olya Mak, Muse & Sensia, and Mary Witch Corsets. Below are the looks of these designers, along with Ira LysaGoya ConceptBellanita Intimate, and Anna Yudaeva.

What did you think of this event and its shows? Let us know what you think!
