On Friday, September 12, renowned fashion designer Malan Breton showcased a dazzling runway for the Spring/Summer 2026 season. Held in the Leman Ballroom in Manhattan, New York, Breton embodied a theatrical display for his newest collection.
This season, Breton chose to show guests his collection in a Broadway-like fashion. Sectioned into four “acts” entitled “The Heart,” “Time,” “Transformation,” and “Legacy,” the show aptly also showcased four Broadway stars, including Priscilla Lopez and Baayork Lee, wearing the new collection. The show was also in support of CaringKind, a non-profit organization that helps provide care to Alzheimer’s patients.
There’d be no Malan Breton collection without at least some grandeur, and this season didn’t disappoint. With bold colors and enormous gowns, Breton fully embraced being creative and keeping it elegant. Throughout the runway, models sported wigs from Wigs.com to complete their “transformation.” The richness of Breton’s collection was perfectly complemented by an original score written by the designer himself, a perfect way to tie everything together.
