Pacifica’s New Fragrances Are Cute, Conscious, and Lowkey That Girl

Let’s be real, besties. Sustainability in beauty has become a whole aesthetic. Clean ingredients, pretty colors, minimalist packaging. It looks good, it sounds even better, but somehow it always costs more.

But not every brand is new to this conversation. Pacifica has been rooted in vegan, cruelty-free, plant-based beauty since 1996. Not rebranded. Not reformulated. Since day one. Founded by aromatherapist Brook Harvey-Taylor, the brand started with handmade perfumes sold at farmers’ markets. Real ingredients, real intention, way before “clean beauty” became a marketing category.

Even down to the packaging, the brand is walking the talk. The new fragrances come in bottles made from 100% recyclable glass. No extra fluff, just a straightforward approach to doing better.

So when Pacifica drops a new Mood Boosting Perfume Collection in 2026, baby, it hits a little different. They’re not trying to prove anything; they’ve already been doing the work.

The Drop

The new collection includes five eau de parfums in 30 mL bottles, with scents like Strawberry Cream, Amber Cocoa, Vanilla Whip, Solar Flower, and Sugared Apricot, plus expanded formats like body mists and hair perfumes for select fragrances. It’s colorful, playful, and very on brand. You can tell this isn’t about chasing trends, it’s about building on what already works. And then there’s the price. Only fifteen dollars!

Because fragrance feels very… exclusive right now. Everybody’s curating a scent wardrobe, exotic oils, and collecting bottles that look like art pieces. And I’m not mad at it. I actually love a good fragrance moment. I often layer a few scents to create my own signature. But it’s also starting to feel like access is tied to how much you can spend.

As a working artist, I look at things differently. I think about usability, versatility, and how products actually fit into someone’s daily life. Fragrance is personal, and it’s not supposed to feel out of reach. Pacifica understood that – at $15 per eau de parfum and $10 per body mist, you can actually mix, match, and play. You can try something new, throw it in your bag, layer it with a mist, switch it up depending on your mood. You’re not overthinking every spray. That’s true accessibility.

Pacifica has always been about botanicals, wellness, and ethical production. And instead of turning that into a luxury price point, they kept it affordable. That’s not just branding. That’s ethical business.

Consumers are watching their wallets more than ever now. People want yummy new fragrances to play with, but they also want transparency and practicality. Products that align with their values without feeling like they’re making a financial sacrifice are a W.

Because if “clean beauty” is only accessible to people with money, then what are we really doing?

XOXO,

Your Beauty Bestie
