From February 2nd to February 4th, North America’s largest lingerie and intimate apparel trade show, Curve, was in session at the Javits Center in Manhattan. This bi-annual show, which is making its return after six months, showcases both international and domestic lingerie brands, this year representing 19 countries.

At Curve, buyers and editors can meet with brands they know and love and discover new ones to try out. The trade show also hosts a variety of activities for people to get to know brands better, like panel discussions on trends and an event called “Buyer Speed Dating,” which allows buyers and brands to connect in a fun, interactive way.

This year featured 20+ newcomer brands, including Katie Kime and Lascana. Returners included Anita, Elomi, Louisa Bracq, and Simone Pérèle. For the first time, Curve also previewed several collections from new brands in an atelier-like exhibition entitled, “Objects of Desire.”

In anticipation of New York Fashion Week, Curve also hosted a VIP Fashion Show at the Hard Rock Hotel, celebrated with a cocktail hour, hors d’oeuvres, and fabulous lingerie. These 18 brands were featured: Anita, Aubade, Chantelle Pulp, Chantelle X, Cosabella, Dita Von Teese, Elomi, Lascana, Leonisa, Lise Charmel, MeUndies, Montelle, Natori, Noblesse Oblige, Oh la la Cheri, Rosa Faia, Simone Pérèle, and Skarlett Blue.
