Dur Doux, the mother-daughter duo brand, showcased its S/S25 collection, Visages De Femme, and new men’s resort line, Dur Doux Casa Cotiere, at New York City’s Walker Hotel on September 7 during New York Fashion Week. The show was held outside the Walker Hotel, on the alley, giving the spectacle a very urban touch.
As described in the runway show invitation, Visages De Femme featured original artwork inspired by their family’s female faces. The artwork was generously mixed with warm and cool colors, creating vivid, eye-catching faces.
The collection’s palette contains rich tropical tones, including natural greens, ruby reds, and soft aquas. There was a great variety of maxi and mini dresses, some funky and full of color, while others were glamorous and scintillating. Visages De Femme was not short in plunge one-pieces, dresses, and vibrant beach cover-ups, perfect for ladies who embody a bold essence.
Dur Doux’s Casa Cotiere line featured bohemian shirts, button-ups, and tropical-patterned swim trunks in vibrant patterns and neutral colors. The resort wear seemed ideal for casual or sophisticated daytime escapades or nights in the tropics.
