Trends are always changing and evolving each season as the years go on. I love all the girly fashion trends and aesthetics that have been circulating. So, here are some of my favorite girly trends!
Polka Dots All Over
After seeing polka dots back on the runway, it can be said that the alluring print is back and better than ever. The cutesy fashion print can be seen all over, whether it be on dresses, tops, or accessories. The polka dot design easily adds fun and playfulness to any look.
Bows & Ribbons
Bows and ribbons can be seen on almost every piece of clothing or accessory you can think of. Coquette and ballet core have inspired girls everywhere to add a bow or ribbon to their hair, bags, and even shoes. This trend allows you to express your inner child while also looking cute and stylish.
Ballet Flats
Once again tapping into ballet core, ballet flats have made a comeback in the world of fashion. The adorable shoes can be styled in many different ways ranging from dresses to jeans, the look is completely up to you!
Ruffles Everywhere
Ruffles aren’t going anywhere, as the trend continues into this season. If you are seeking additional volume in your looks, then ruffles are an absolute essential. The flowy silhouettes and frills are timeless and add a little extra something to your look no matter if you choose to be casual or elegant.
Babydoll Puff Sleeves
Getting into the babydoll aesthetic, puff sleeves are in, giving off a dainty yet bold feel. These statement sleeves are both feminine and flattering, which are perfect for the spring/summer season. The style of sleeve pops in any outfit, leaning into both princess and babydoll core.
Leopard Print
Leopard print has been revived and is back to trending, not that I’m complaining. The ever-growing popularity of the print is shown in various garments and accessories, including the trendy Adidas X Wales Bonner Ponyskin Sambas. The versatile and iconic pattern is something that should be added to your wardrobe if you have not already.
Statement Belts
Statement belts are one of my favorite girly trends, as they add extra flair to any outfit whilst still looking effortless. Detailed belts ranging from chain to leather belts can be styled in various ways from flowy skirts to your staple pair of jeans.
Charm Necklaces
The trend of charm necklaces began as a fun arts and crafts project to do at home, to becoming a piece of statement jewelry. These cute, and often customized, necklaces bring life to any casual outfit and show off your personality in one piece of jewelry around your neck.
Kitten Heels
Kitten heels are stylish and elegant, yet comfortable and practical all at the same time. The thin, low heel can be paired with any staple in your closet, such as a mini skirt or your favorite pair of jeans. The classy heels have a wide range of styles, from pointed toes to knee-high boots.
