Looks We Loved From Miami FW

Miami Fashion Week was full of talented designers and their unique fashion visions. I admire so many looks from this year’s Miami FW. Although it was very difficult to choose favorites, here are a few of the looks I loved from each show!

Karl Kani

The Karl Kani show featured streetwear with various unique and visionary looks. I loved the metallic puffer with detached arms and a touch of red on the inside to match the shimmery red pants. The details on every look are amazing, especially on the inside of the vest in the third image, where another story is being told. The second look was my absolute favorite from this show, with the fur accessories that add that extra style and glamour. Every look had the perfect color combination and accessories to complement the rest of the outfits.

Yas Gonzalez

The Yas Gonzalez show was full of distinctive designs incorporating the fashion designer’s identity and culture. These are just a few of my favorite looks, each sleek and elegant, every piece telling its own tale. My favorite look was the mermaid-style dress, which was colorful yet lustrous. I love how the pieces flowed and the accessories matched the energy of each outfit, which radiated elegance and glamour.

Agatha Ruiz de la Prada

Agatha Ruiz de la Prada showcased her designs for Miami Fashion Week full of color and playfulness. I love how each look was so fun and light, which makes the designs so distinctive. I liked all the different shapes and colors that were incorporated into each outfit. The headpieces were a witty addition to the looks, only adding to the vibrancy of the designs. I loved the look with the lips at the top of the flowy dress the best, which gave off a very cheerful and playful energy.

Rene by RR

The runway show for Rene by RR showcased many elegant and timeless pieces. With a wide variety of looks and colors, these were some of my favorite looks from the show. Each piece has its alluring qualities and sleek details, which make the looks so captivating. I adore the gold dress with the shimmering top and flowing gown, along with the purple suit with the neckerchief, which is different yet enchanting altogether.

Lisu Vega

Lisu Vega‘s show contained various colors, materials, and fabrics. I love how distinctive the fashion designer’s work is and how she incorporates sustainability into her designs. These are some of my favorite looks from the show, each piece had splashes of color and fluidity in movement. My favorite is the textured dress because it shows the designer’s beautiful artistic and weaving abilities, which she continues to show off in her work.

Angel Sanchez

The Angel Sanchez runway show consisted of many stylish looks. These are a few of my favorites, each one sleek and elegant. The colors are beautiful and each look radiates luxury and grace. I liked the black dress with the added gold fringe in the middle of the dress, the look is very fancy and artistic. I love all the different shapes, patterns, and materials incorporated in the dresses as they make every look stand out.

Giannina Azar

Giannina Azar showcased luxurious designs for her collection. These were some of my favorite looks, each with distinct patterns and shapes. The jewelry and headpiece accessories added to the looks, giving off a sense of royalty. I loved the blue dress with the off-the-shoulder puff sleeves and raindrop style look, as well as the added fuzz and feather to the two-piece pink look. I loved the color palette and the extra shine in these elegant looks.

Each and every designer had distinct and beautiful designs that showcased on the runway of Miami Fashion Week ’24. These looks were some of my favorites this year, what were some of your favorites from this year’s MIAFW?
