Mixing indie with electronic, Grammy-nominated producer Benjamin David and Victor Pakpour of Ruby Haunt partnered up to create LUV HRTS. The personal, heartfelt four-track EP is compiled of the new single “STAY” alongside “U REALLY HURT ME”, “GONNA GET THRU”, and “CAN WE DO BETTER?”. Released on January 22 by MOODS INTL., the ‘Hearts Vol. 1’ EP brings a fresh perspective to electronic music.

Beginning with “STAY,” the lead single is all about vulnerability. This expression is shown through the melodies and lyrics, which bring forth love and hope. To further emphasize this message, the music video directed by Mateusz Mazur highlights the intimacy behind the LUV HRTS story.
A Bit About the Artists
With over 300 million streams and touring with artists from TYCHO to Big Wild, Benjamin David, as Mild Minds, has established his name in the electronic music world. As one half of Ruby Haunt, his partner Victor Pakpour is a distinct voice in the indie genre, with the band gathering over 40 million Spotify streams. Speaking of Spotify, the two’s previous releases have earned features across Spotify’s New Music Friday platforms.
The project came about through years of friendship and love for music. Benjamin David shared, “As he [Victor] started to produce music himself we started bouncing more ideas back and forth, we quickly realized we both loved emotion in dance music and at that moment this project spawned.“
Being the first body of work to emerge from LUV HRTS, ‘Hearts Vol. 1’ presents a sound that is both unique and incredibly personal.
