Diana Mahrach has continuously dominated fashion with her self-named brand, Diana Mahrach Couture. Born in Morocco, Mahrach moved to the States to pursue her love for design. What ignited her passion the most was evening gowns, which are now the creative’s signature garments. Mahrach has dressed some of New York and Dubai’s most important women using top-notch couture fabrics. So, what can we expect to see from her Fall/Winter ‘25 collection? We attended her NYFW show to give you the full rundown!
The two grandiose chandeliers hanging from the ceiling perfectly set the night’s theme: evening wear! First up was the men’s collection, which featured a variety of evening wear jackets. Menswear typically does not alter much, but Mahrach is here to change that. Jackets throughout the collection featured sequins on the shoulders and sleeves, a unique spin on typical men’s style. Following the sequin theme, the standout piece was a long, sleeveless sparkly cardigan made of sheer fabric. Men’s fashion typically follows the status quo, while these pieces provided a fresh perspective and exquisite attention to detail.

The women’s collection followed suit, with various evening gowns and cocktail dresses. One of the major themes of the dresses was bubble, a trend we predicted for 2025. Floating the runway were bubble jackets, sleeves, and hemlines. Dresses also featured a sensual 1920’s art deco style, traditional Arabic headwear and dress silhouettes. Sequin dominated the gowns and added to their boldness, with some touches of feathers and fur to further their statement. It was hard to miss the floor-length bright orange bubble jacket, worn with a sequin champagne form-fitting gown. Not to mention the model who strutted in a pale pink furry Cinderella ball gown, styled with an oversized fur stole.
