On Tuesday, February 13, founder and designer Evan Hirsch debuted his Fall/Winter 2024 collection on the runway. A collaboration with the computer game Last Epoch, Hirsch incorporated elements of his signature transforming looks with the fantastical world of the video game. According to his designer statement, “Hirsch’s collaboration with Last Epoch epitomizes the seamless fusion of fantasy and fashion.”
Last Epoch is a role-playing game that involves combat with melee-based weapons. To bring the roles of the game to life, Hirsch took the game’s stylized personas and evolving appearances to create the transformative designs that he is known for. Several looks involved dresses that changed in color, style, and even fabric, thus “breath[ing] vibrant life into the captivating world of Last Epoch.”
