On Monday, April 7, New York Bridal Fashion Week kicked off with a presentation from renowned bridal atelier Reem Acra for the 2026 season. This year, she went above and beyond, presenting not one, but two new collections for 2026’s brides.
The first collection is Acra’s diffusion line, entitled “Roses.” This collection features one of the most timeless elements of a wedding, flowers! She brings back silhouettes and necklines popular from her brand’s history. She remakes them with floral elements, which are featured throughout each piece, from embroidered appliqués to headbands, to roses in the models’ hair and veils. Each dress had its unique application of flowers, making this collection perfect for anybody who wants blossoms and beauty for their special day.

Acra’s second collection is her couture collection. Entitled “Laces and Petals,” this collection also features floral elements. According to Acra, the pieces are meant to evoke a sense of royalty, which is evident in the intricate lace detailing and refined accents. This sophisticated collection is an excellent blend of both timelessness and elegance, with a new modern twist.
