It includes mood tracking, guided journaling, and mindfulness exercises. Whether you’re looking to boost your mood, feel more gratitude, or simply find moments of peace in your day, then this is an affordable mental health tool. 

Shine. Shine is a woman-founded app, with a focus on mental wellness. It offers personalized daily affirmations, guided meditations, and easily achievable self-care tips. Whether you’re combatting stress, self-doubt, or just seeking a bit of motivation, Shine gives you some manageable doses of positivity and empowerment whenever you need them.
