The global brand that cheers on moms everywhere, Momcozy, brings empowerment, comfort, and self-care to this New York Fashion Week. The Momcozy NYFW Pop-Up, known as the Momcozy Lounge, will be a serene oasis amongst the hustle and high energy of NYFW. Designed specifically for the multifaceted women shaping the industry but balancing motherhood with individuality and a fierce sense of style, this event is not one to miss.
Momcozy is a brand that prioritizes moms, helping all women embrace their dual roles without compromising their individuality. During NYFW, Momcozy offers a space where influential women can recharge and transform their approach to motherhood, work, and fashion.
Launch Party & Gifting Suite
The brand kicked off the NYFW Pop-Up with a VIP Launch Party and Gifting Suite on September 6th. The event, which took place from 10 AM to 6 PM, was full of activations. The morning began with an appearance from RHONY star and beloved women’s fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff. Rebecca gave an intimate fireside chat about her motherhood journey and how it has influenced her fashion design career. My main takeaway was not to focus on other moms’ actions, especially on social media. The designer also shared her company’s mom-friendly policies, such as breastfeeding/pumping rooms, having your child have lunch with you, etc. Something a lot of companies could learn from.
Additional Panelists included Fashion Designer Nina Tiari, Model and birth Doula Sabina Karlsson, Model and Author of ‘The New Mom Code’ Amanda Tice, and Model Mara Martin, who went viral for breastfeeding on the runway. Each of them candidly shared their journeys as part of the Cozy Evolution: When Fashion Meets Motherhood Panel.
Momcozy Lounge Details & Special Guests
Committed to enhancing the comfort and relaxation that moms need, the NYFW Pop-Up Momcozy Lounge offers a blend of luxurious pampering and support made explicitly for the fashion-forward moms attending NYFW. Momcozy knows that “Together We Grow” aims to provide community and support and help incorporate balance and tranquility in busy moms’ lives.
In addition, Momcozy has gotten supermom and award-winning TV and film actress Danielle Panabaker to mix and mingle with guests at the Pop-Up. Danielle is quite a familiar face, having starred in The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl, Empire Falls, and several Disney movies.
Attendees will discover an atmosphere to relax and rejuvenate with spaces for breastfeeding, connect with like-minded women, and get a first look at Momcozy’s latest innovations. Additionally, maternity professionals will be present to answer questions and provide guidance about motherhood.
The Momcozy NYFW Pop-Up is open to the public from Saturday, September 7th, through Wednesday, September 11th, from 11 AM to 7PM and is located at 42 Grand Street, New York City, New York 10013 (SoHo). Note: The Pop-Up will close early on September 9th, at 5 PM.
