“So we have a one swim textile, our eco-texture, that is recycled fibers, and so that comes currently in white, and then we introduced a new seasonal color… and we’re focused on natural fibers rather than the production of the synthetics in our cover-ups.”
For Helen Jon’s new collection, the team shared their focus on patterns, prints, and colors. From design stage to ready-to-wear, the brand creates versatile collections that customers can style in different ways.
“This year, we focused on really making sure we had an assortment of prints that really told a different story each month. So we started with the animal print trend, and then we went into a strong geometric moment in December. And then in January, we came with this strong pop of red, and we have a beautiful exploded palm print.”
Beyond design, Helen Jon focuses on creating pieces that adapt to the customer’s lifestyle: they are focused on versatility. Their garments have either multiple ways to be worn or can be worn on multiple occasions. This helps their customers when packing for travels.
Sustainability and versatility continue to influence Helen Jon’s latest designs, with new fabrics adding functionality and style.
“We introduce a beautiful new linen blend textile, and also a really lightweight cotton boil. It’s very breathable and [can] kind of be worn with a tank and layered for ready-to-wear or as kind of a transparent layer.”
Looking ahead, the swimwear label continues to prioritize accessible fashion that allows customers to feel confident and ready for every occasion. They are looking to bring fashion in a way that’s accessible and wearable so that you can have your moment, but also be comfortable, and feel like, you know, you can do your everyday life.
