Christmas is always closer than we think. Between holiday gifts and family dinners, there’s enough on the table. A gorgeous mani to complement your outfit shouldn’t be something to stress over. Luckily, I’ve come up with five manis you can do at home or show your nail artist for a look that will wow your guests as much as your Christmas turkey.
- Deep French mani
For a simple look with some flare, switch out your standard mani with a deep French mani in a cherry mocha shade. Tip! Use a longer brush with long steady strokes for more control and straignter lines!
2. You have to love a classic.
Red. Red. Red. It’s a classic and a staple for a reason. Though a solid blue-toned red will NEVER go out of style, feel free to switch it up. Try layering a white chrome powder over your favorite red.

3. Winter Wonderland
Love the extravagant? A Glitter crystal mani is the way to go! After applying your base color, lightly brush the chunky glitter upwards towards the halfway point of the nail. It’s neutral enough to go with any outfit while adding sparkle. Not into glitter? Swap it out for an ivory ombre!
4. A Middle Ground
Whether a salon frequent flyer or a DIY pro, a chrome ombre mani can pack a lot of punch in the little time it takes. Just use a makeup sponge or eyeshadow applicator to lightly ‘buff’ in the chrome. The best part? There are so many colors to choose from that you’re guaranteed to find the perfect match!

5. Tinsel Toned
Have a few extra minutes to spare? I don’t know about you but, the sparkle of the holiday season seems to be what always brings it to life. I just laid silver leaf foil, using a thin layer of base coat, over silver chrome. Whether you’re a gold guy or a silver gal, this monochromatic set will make your fingertips shine as bright as your tree!
