Dur Doux, the acclaimed fashion brand created by mother and daughter pair Cynthia and Najla Burt, unveiled their Spring 2024 collection at The Green Show on Saturday. Known for its sustainable practices, the new collection, entitled, “Sous-marine,” made waves in the fashion world.
Held at the soon-to-be-open restaurant BondSt at Hudson Yards, the event included not just a runway, but a panel discussion and a gorgeous after-party. The panel’s discussion, hosted by Roman Bolli of South Pole, a carbon finance consultancy, featured many guests including sustainability experts and Real Housewives of New York star Erin Dana Lichy. Topics from sustainable lifestyle changes to ethical production practices were discussed.
The afterparty was held in the same venue, where guests were treated to food cooked by BondSt, who served sushi and cocktails. While enjoying the gorgeous view of the Hudson River, eleBoost Vitamin B12 shots from ELEMED were also gifted to guests.
