On Monday, February 12, founder and designer Travis Hamilton of Negris Lebrum presented his Fall/Winter 2024 collection on the runway. This season, Hamilton titled his collection, “World Peace,” stating “fashion has the potential to be a powerful force for promoting world peace by fostering cultural understanding, embracing diversity and inclusion, advocating for social justice, supporting economic development, and facilitating diplomatic relations.”

Hamilton’s “World Peace Collection” featured many different hues and shades of red, while complimenting each look with accessories including sunglasses, hats, and clutches. He also combined different fabrics, such as tweed with knit and ostrich with polyester silks. Put together, Hamilton presented a collection that was not only wearable and pleasing to the eye but held a deeper meaning than just the fabric we dress in.
